Julia Wallace-Walker specialises in valuations and asset tracing investigations, particularly in circumstances where there are complex financial issues, trust implications and an international dimension, in connection with matrimonial disputes, trusts and estates litigation and joint venture/ partnership/ shareholder disputes.
JWW is a leading expert in valuations and asset tracing investigations in matrimonial disputes. She is a practising Member of The Academy of Experts, experienced in giving expert evidence.
JWW qualified as a chartered accountant in 1993 in litigation services, Deloitte, Sydney; joined forensic accounting, Coopers & Lybrand, London in 1996; then left PicewaterhouseCoopers to set up Forensic Accounting LLP in 2000. She was a senior managing director in the FTI Forensic and Litigation Consulting practice (following the acquisition in 2008 by FTI Consulting Inc of 'the UK's leading independent forensic accounting practice') until November 2011.
Julia also provides training on the cross examination of expert witnesses and speaks on forensic accounting, valuations and expert witness issues.
